Flight

My childhood flying dreams

in the mind

I said maybe I can fly

away from

this turbulence

where the air is safer

 than the earth

Then I said maybe

and maybe

I can be an Osprey

that can soar over

the sky

the sea

and the earth

where I can

hold all three

under my wings
